Job Summary

Own global compliance and approvals project deliverables within Dyson’s Global Compliance and Approvals Team. Act as the lead point of contact between Dyson C&A and partners for compliance-related matters, coordinating timelines, risks, issues, and stakeholder communication. Oversee internal and external project delivery aligned to regional product launch schedules, manage centralized reporting on certification timelines, and run the global GMA process with certification bodies and regulatory authorities.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as the single/lead point of contact for Compliance and Approvals across cross-team work and with external certification bodies and contract manufacturers.
•Coordinate compliance deliverables resolution and manage delivery processes with internal teams under different partnership strategies.
•Ensure planning and execution of compliance deliverables are aligned to global product launch timelines across regions.
•Oversee C&A delivery for internal and external projects, including execution alignment, resource allocation, and timely milestone delivery.
•Maintain a centralized reporting dashboard to monitor certification timelines, risk management, and renewal status; own the global GMA process and collaborate with certification/testing agencies and regulatory authorities.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in compliance and regulatory approvals or project management in manufacturing/consumer electronics.
•Familiarity with GMA global regulatory certification processes for international markets (e.g., UL, CE, FCC, IEC, RoHS, REACH).
•Experience collaborating with manufacturers under different partnership models and with third-party testing/certification agencies.
•Proficient understanding of product testing methodologies and certification workflows.
•Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a relevant technical field.
