Job Summary

Build and deliver Salesforce features in a heavily customized enterprise org as a hands-on developer within a global engineering team. You’ll develop functionality using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows, implement end-to-end work from technical specs through unit testing, and support integrations via REST/SOAP APIs, Named Credentials, and Platform Events. Collaborate across time zones, ship reliably on sprint timelines, and debug issues across Apex, LWC, and integration layers.

Key Responsibilities

•Build functionality on Salesforce using Apex, LWC, and Flows within an existing custom framework, following component patterns and metadata-driven architecture.
•Deliver features end-to-end from technical spec through unit testing.
•Implement and support integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Named Credentials, and Platform Events according to defined contracts and adapter patterns.
•Collaborate with a distributed team across time zones, providing status updates, raising blockers early, participating in sprint ceremonies, and responding to code review feedback.
•Write well-tested, bulkified Apex that respects governor limits; debug issues across Apex, LWC, and integration layers and perform root-cause analysis to fix defects with minimal regression.

Key Requirements

•7-11 years of relevant experience.
•Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I; Salesforce Certified JavaScript Developer I.
•Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II (preferred).
•Build and deliver features in customized Salesforce orgs with custom objects and Apex-driven logic.
•Hands-on Salesforce development: Apex (triggers, batch Apex, Queueable, SOQL) with governor-limit/bulkification expertise, plus LWC and REST/SOAP integration experience.
