•Update staff changes (transfers, line manager changes, title/entitlement changes, global transfers) in the e-HR system.
•Verify supporting documents in the e-HR system for each transfer or title change request.
•Follow up with the respective department to obtain necessary documents and approvals for employee changes.
•Collect documents for new joiners from the E-HR system to arrange medical insurance cards for staff and their family.
•Process insurance through the NAS portal, including annual renewals and periodic reconciliation between insurance members and the ADIB staff list.
