Key Responsibilities

  • •Help children with class activities and direct them in activities.
  • •Work with teachers to help students with different language backgrounds and skill levels; manage a small group of students.
  • •Communicate with parents and school personnel in person and through electronic methods, using educational software and email.
  • •Collaborate with fellow educators and curriculum specialists, sharing ideas and providing constructive feedback.
  • •Perform additional duties as assigned, including classroom cleaning, diaper changes, and potty training; develop mini-lessons integrated into the main curriculum.

Key Requirements

  • •Must have at least 6 ECE units or be willing to take courses.

  • •Familiarity with education software and Google Suite is a plus.
