Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the People Analytics function by setting strategy, operating model, and roadmap, and establishing governance, standards, and workforce metrics.
  • •Develop enterprise workforce analytics, executive dashboards, and AI-driven insights to advance from reporting to predictive analytics and workforce intelligence.
  • •Establish and lead enterprise workforce planning capabilities, including workforce planning methodologies, AI-assisted capacity models, and scenario planning frameworks.
  • •Partner with HR, Finance, Corporate Strategy, and stakeholders to align workforce plans with business priorities and provide recommendations on composition, organizational design, productivity, and talent demand.
  • •Build and lead a high-performing People Analytics & Workforce Planning team; coach leaders and contributors and serve as a strategic advisor to senior HR and business leaders.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 250,750 - 309,750 annually

Key Requirements

  • •15+ years of progressive experience in People Analytics, Workforce Planning, Business Analytics, or a related discipline, including significant people leadership experience.
  • •Demonstrated success building and scaling enterprise People Analytics and Workforce Planning capabilities, with strong workforce analytics, organizational design, and strategic planning knowledge.
  • •Experience partnering with senior business leaders and leading cross-functional initiatives to influence decisions using data-driven insights.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Analytics, Economics, Statistics, or a related discipline.
  • •Expert analytical, communication, and executive presentation skills; experience with Workday and modern people analytics platforms (Visier, Tableau, or Power BI) preferred.
