Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist in daily management of credit and collections for assigned business units and customer portfolios.
  • •Evaluate customer creditworthiness using financial statement analysis, credit reports, and payment trends.
  • •Review and monitor customer credit limits and payment terms to support risk control and cash flow.
  • •Support collections activities to minimize overdue accounts and improve DSO and bad-debt performance.
  • •Assist with lien/bond rights and resolve billing disputes in coordination with customers and internal stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
  • •3–7 years of progressive experience in credit, collections, accounts receivable, or financial analysis.
  • •Experience in heavy civil construction and/or construction materials (aggregates, asphalt, ready-mix, contracting) (preferred).
  • •Experience with construction contracts, lien rights, bond claims, and project-based billing (strongly preferred).
  • •Strong knowledge of commercial credit and collections, including financial statement analysis and credit risk assessment.
