Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and operate enterprise-scale infrastructure supporting critical ML/AI initiatives.
  • •Design and manage Kubernetes-native systems, including controllers/operators where appropriate.
  • •Improve platform networking, security, and observability while sustaining production health and performance.
  • •Own critical production systems end-to-end, including reliability, scalability, security, and cost efficiency.
  • •Create tooling and abstractions to help teams and customers deploy, run, and scale AI/ML workloads, and lead via influence with documentation and design proposals.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years engineering experience with significant time in infrastructure, platform, or distributed systems.
  • •Deep hands-on Kubernetes experience in production environments.
  • •Strong cloud experience across AWS, GCP, and/or Azure, with experience building and operating secure, scalable AI/MLOps platforms.
  • •Strong programming skills in a backend language (Go preferred; TypeScript also welcome) and ability to diagnose complex production issues.
  • •Experience with infrastructure-as-code (e.g., Terraform, Pulumi, CDK) and familiarity with CI/CD, test-driven development, and DevSecOps practices.
