Job Summary

Lead operations for Net Asset Value (NAV) accounting, supporting daily/monthly/weekly valuations with strict timelines. Own capital activity bookings, accruals, amortization, yields, and diagnostic checks, along with monthly reporting such as fee reviews, distribution/trustee pack queries, and regulatory/client reporting. Drive process improvement by reducing manual work, supporting technology upgrades, leading UAT and projects, and ensuring MI and operational risk governance are met.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform NAV valuations and related accounting activities (capital activity bookings, accruals, amortization, yields) and validate outputs via diagnostic checks.
•Support monthly reporting activities including fee reviews, XD distribution, trustee packs, queries, and regulatory/client reporting.
•Identify and reduce manual processes for enhanced operational control; support technology upgrades.
•Lead UAT and projects with business partners and Markets Securities Services Bangalore based on business objectives.
•Ensure operational risk assessment, internal control standards, contingency/recovery measures, and governance over daily/weekly trackers and management MI deadlines.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in accounting or relevant qualifications in accounting/finance.
•3-5 years of relevant funds administration experience.
•Complete understanding of the trade life cycle.
•Excellent knowledge of capital markets and financial instruments, including NAV calculation and end-to-end fund accounting.
•Strong ability to update, manage, and analyze management information (MI), meet deadlines, and communicate effectively.
