Job Summary

Manage complex, multi-location projects to deliver milestones within committed budget, quality, and timeline across areas such as Manufacturing Automation, NPD, NTP, Productivity, RTS, or QR. Collaborate with global plants, ETC teams, cross-functional partners, vendors, and external stakeholders to resolve issues, track QDC metrics, and provide timely executive updates. Lead AOP discussions, host calibration meetings, oversee project portfolios/agreements, and support procurement, vendor management, and international shipment compliance.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage complex projects/phases to complete milestones within budget while tracking performance against committed timelines.
•Collaborate with project owners and global plants/cross-functional teams to deliver projects using standard processes and project management principles.
•Ensure QDC targets (Quality, Delivery, cost) are met; report updates, risks, mitigations, and productivity metrics during monthly operations reviews.
•Adhere to project scope, time, cost, risk, vendor/procurement, and stakeholder management principles.
•Lead international shipment processes (air/sea) ensuring import/export trade compliance and manage ETC project portfolio/project agreements, including monthly billing data and calibration meetings.

Key Requirements

•4-year degree from an accredited institution; technical degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering preferred.
•12+ years of overall functional experience.
•PMP-certified project management professional with 8+ years of project management experience.
•Expertise in project management using a Waterfall model with a manufacturing background.
•Proficiency in MS Project; exposure to JIRA and Confluence is beneficial.
