Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop detailed 3D models for roads, highways, roundabouts, earthworks, drainage, and utilities.
  • •Create and manage civil modelling elements such as alignments, profiles, surfaces, corridors, and cross-sections.
  • •Model drainage and utilities (stormwater, sewer, ducts, electrical, telecoms) and maintain accurate BIM models to project BIM standards, BEP, and ISO 19650 requirements.
  • •Perform multidisciplinary model federation and BIM coordination, including 3D clash detection and support for conflict resolution.
  • •Produce plans/profiles/sections/details/schedules and manage references, model revisions, naming conventions, and information exchange via CDE platforms.

Key Requirements

  • •12+ years of experience in roads, highways, utilities or civil infrastructure modelling.
  • •Strong hands-on skills in Autodesk Civil 3D and/or Bentley OpenRoads Designer (ORD).
  • •Ability to create and manage alignments, profiles, surfaces, corridors, templates/assemblies, superelevation, grading and cross-sections.
  • •Experience producing accurate, coordinated civil 3D/ORD models and drawings that meet project standards, including strong QA/QC and coordination skills.
  • •Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and survey information, and deliver independently to tight deadlines.
