Cost manager- Responsable Estimation des offres F/H

Establish and coordinate bid cost estimates for telecommunication offers supporting the bid manager and technical leads. Prepare detailed cost estimates from the offer scope (task tree, planning, technical definition), coordinate inputs from engineering, Meta CC, procurement, and subsidiaries, and validate the consolidated bid through completeness, coherence, and value analyses. Produce ROM estimates using historical data and the BEsT parametric tool, and maintain the bid database.
