Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare the bid cost estimate for a telecommunications offer (payload, satellite, ground segment, or full system) supporting the bid manager.
  • •Develop detailed estimates by preparing the cost request from the offer scope (task tree, planning, technical definition), defining estimating rules, and setting the framework in QDV.
  • •Coordinate contributions to the estimate by interfacing with solicited suppliers (engineering, Meta CC, procurement, subsidiaries) and collecting and assembling their inputs.
  • •Ensure the quality of the consolidated bid by checking completeness and consistency, running value analyses vs. catalogues or prior estimates, and publishing the bid.
  • •Produce ROM estimates using request and technical information, leveraging catalogues, historical bids, and the BEsT parametric estimating tool while maintaining and updating the bid database.

Key Requirements

  • •Graduate level (bac+5) from an engineering school or equivalent, with an aerospace and/or finance specialization.
  • •Significant experience in a similar role.
  • •Ideally experience as PDA Charge Utile or Satellite, PMO Manager, or Financial Controller.
  • •Fluency in English (written and spoken) for a professional context.
  • •Strong Excel skills and experience with management/planning/estimation tools, including QDV.
