Job Summary

Manage the Financial Management of Contracts team (7 contract financial managers) and drive the end-to-end financial follow-up of sales contracts from signature through contractual and financial close. Supervise order book entries, invoicing, collections, and budget and cash-collection forecasts in line with accounting, tax, and international trade compliance. Analyze key performance indicators and drive continuous improvement, contributing to process and tool transformation in the integrated management system (SAP/Oracle).

Key Responsibilities

•Manage a team of 7 Contract Financial Managers and support their development.
•Pilot the financial follow-up of sales contracts in France and internationally, from signature to closure.
•Organize team activities, ensure procedure application, and optimize portfolio contract allocation.
•Supervise order book entries, invoicing, collections, and budget/cash-collection forecast tracking under accounting, tax, and international trade compliance rules.
•Analyze key performance indicators for contract financial management and propose continuous improvement actions, supporting transformation of tools/processes and the order-to-cash optimization.

Key Requirements

•Bac +5 in Finance, International Commerce, or an equivalent business school degree.
•Experience in management of a team and developing collaborators, ideally in a complex international environment.
•Experience managing contract finances and running related business activities.
•Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and an ERP/Integrated Management System (SAP or Oracle).
•Professional-level English (a second language is an asset).
