Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with the Global Helpdesk to deliver on-site service support and restore functionality to customer AV assets while providing customer service.
  • •Install and support control programs (AMX/Crestron/Firmware), including upload/download capability and minor edits.
  • •Perform preventative maintenance and service tasks including cable pulling, installing connectors, and mounting projectors/ceiling mounts.
  • •Support networked devices troubleshooting (routers and IP protocols) and handle video codec / video teleconferencing hardware setup and troubleshooting.
  • •Complete job documentation, adhere to health and safety standards, and provide end-user client training and necessary support for other technicians.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 3–5 years of audiovisual integration experience (preferred).
  • •Formal education in electronics or a related field (preferred), plus a high school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
  • •Programming capability with Crestron for changes and troubleshooting.
  • •Knowledge of basic signal flow for audio, video, and control.
  • •Valid Driver’s License and a clean Driver's Abstract that meets driving standards.
