Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and document business processes for the assigned domain, and drive continuous optimization and scalability.
  • •Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between business units and adjacent teams (finance, legal, product) to improve productivity and outcomes.
  • •Coordinate operational projects aimed at increasing efficiency from planning through execution and measurement of results.
  • •Support budgeting and process governance to maintain quality and speed as the company grows.
  • •Develop and maintain clear, actionable workflows and reporting to enable scalable operations.
