Key Responsibilities

•Own and document business processes for the assigned domain, and drive continuous optimization and scalability.
•Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between business units and adjacent teams (finance, legal, product) to improve productivity and outcomes.
•Coordinate operational projects aimed at increasing efficiency from planning through execution and measurement of results.
•Support budgeting and process governance to maintain quality and speed as the company grows.
•Develop and maintain clear, actionable workflows and reporting to enable scalable operations.
