Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and manage supplier assessment plans, schedules, and program deliverables.
  • •Lead supplier change management assessments, including self-assessments, document reviews, risk evaluations, and onsite validations.
  • •Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to execute supplier assessments successfully.
  • •Analyze supplier processes to identify risks and gaps, recommend improvement opportunities, and track corrective actions through closure.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Engineering, Materials Science, Supply Chain, Operations, Quality, or related technical field.
  • •7–10 years of experience in technical program management, supplier engineering, supplier quality, manufacturing, operations, or related disciplines.
  • •Experience conducting supplier assessments, audits, compliance reviews, or process improvement initiatives.
  • •Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, supplier management, change control, and risk management principles.
