Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and operationalize manufacturing plans for GPU server products.
  • •Identify and review factory KPIs and measurement metrics periodically.
  • •Work with ODM/CM engineers on continuous process improvement.
  • •Manage manufacturing and quality issues on the production line and escalate critical quality issues.
  • •Forecast equipment, tooling, and production capacity; assist with server design and DFx and collaborate with engineering teams to improve yields and test coverage.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline (e.g., Electrical, Industrial, or Mechanical) or Business Administration with technology industry working experience.
  • •5+ years of manufacturing management experience in x86 PC or server products.
  • •Strong communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
  • •Knowledge of yield rate and pareto analysis.
  • •Self-motivated; able to work effectively across functional teams and drive projects with minimal supervision.
