Job Summary

Ensure maximum uptime of production machines by diagnosing and resolving quality issues and deviations from customer specifications. Operate and initiate molding machines, troubleshoot malfunctions and bottlenecks, and record issues and adjustments. Communicate raw material changes, run test adjustments to meet quality standards, and handle machine insert changes for product wording/labeling. Support maintenance by escalating electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic problems and assist with parts replacement and assembly under technical supervision.

•Initiate molding machine start and ensure proper functionality to support on-time production targets.
•Troubleshoot molding machine malfunctions and bottlenecks through material changes or process adjustments.
•Record machine malfunctions and the appropriate adjustments as required.
•Communicate and verify raw material adjustments with material handlers to improve production efficiency and accuracy.
•Conduct test runs of process or machine adjustments and ensure alignment with quality standards.

Key Requirements

•Lock out/tag out authorization (provided by OES).
