Job Summary

Provide preventative and diagnostic care to patients in their homes as a temporary, full-time Mobile Phlebotomist. You’ll manage daily supply/PPE readiness, use modern mobile technology to access schedules, build rapport with patients, and perform services such as phlebotomy and specimen collection (including related low-acuity screenings). Coordinate proper labeling and sample drop-off, while delivering high-quality, patient-comfortable care and maintaining HIPAA-secure documentation and messaging.

Key Responsibilities

•Ensure you have the proper supplies and PPE to care for the day’s patients.
•Use modern technology to access your schedule and commute to each patient’s home.
•Build a warm, patient-centered connection while collecting information and performing in-home services.
•Perform diagnostic and low-acuity services including phlebotomy and specimen collection (as well as related screenings).
•Label samples properly and coordinate drop-off to the appropriate lab or shipment facility.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 24 - 28 hourly

Key Requirements

•Previous experience with venipuncture and comfort working with minimal supervision.
•Technologically savvy; comfortable using mobile devices for charting and HIPAA-secure messaging apps for care coordination.
•Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team environment.
•Reliable transportation using your own vehicle and ability to physically access patient homes (including climbing stairs and carrying up to 20 pounds).
•State-required licensure/proof of training, national certification where required, and Basic Life Support (BLS); must pass background check/DMV/clinical license search.
