Own TikTok Shop’s intra-EU shipping operations, driving courier performance and service-level improvements across multiple shipping methods. Key Responsibilities

•Manage TikTok Shop intra-EU shipping service and related operations, including courier management and courier pool expansion with procurement.
•Improve shipping service levels by analyzing logistics performance, tracking key metrics, and driving reverse logistics performance.
•Own SOP and operation performance indicators (KPI), conduct root-cause analysis, and drive solutions and business impact through deployment.
•Improve seller experience using TikTok shipping service by solving collection issues, managing seller communications, and educating mass sellers to increase adoption.
•Conduct market and industry research, develop operation plans to address issues and hedge risks from market or policy changes, and manage day-to-day operations.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or higher.
•Work experience in logistics operations with strong understanding of logistics segments such as data integration, first mile pickup, parcel sorting, linehaul, courier delivery, return process, and import clearance.
•Self-motivated, results-driven, analytical, and data-driven approach to improving operations.
•Fluent communication in both English and Chinese to collaborate with Chinese merchants and internal stakeholders, while communicating in English with cross-functional teams.
•Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in logistics transportation or business management, plus platform logistics experience within Europe and relationships with major courier companies.
