Key Responsibilities

•Supervise the structural engineering design of complex building projects, ensuring technical quality and adherence to programme and budget.
•Lead a team of engineers and technicians in designing building schemes and coordinating output.
•Source opportunities and prepare fee proposals for client submissions, including resources and programmes.
•Engage with internal design review processes and participate in design workshops to maintain high technical standards.
•Provide guidance to junior engineers and facilitate effective client interactions.

Key Requirements

•Degree qualified in a relevant discipline
•Chartered Engineer (CEng)
•Member of the Institution of Civil Engineers and/or the Institution of Structural Engineers
•Excellent knowledge of Eurocodes and reinforced concrete and steel design
•Experience leading structural design teams on complex building projects and engaging with clients
