Key Responsibilities

  • •Onboard suppliers to ensure qualification of parts from initial delivery through rate production.
  • •Develop work transfer project plans, schedules, and cadence meetings, ensuring buy-in from product stakeholders including customers and suppliers.
  • •Consolidate and present progress reports to many levels of leadership regarding business aspects of the project.
  • •Ensure milestone deliverables for the gated work transfer process are completed (e.g., FAI, production test, drawing review, supplier risk assessments, supplier contracts) to transfer work on schedule.
  • •Develop and manage the inventory transition plan to ensure continued product supply for manufacturing customers during the transition.

Key Requirements

  • •Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 5 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree and minimum 3 years of experience.
  • •Advanced English proficiency with the ability to communicate fluently and professionally in spoken and written English.
  • •Strong communication skills and comfort providing project updates to many levels of the organization.
