Job Summary

Drive sales growth by converting opportunities into orders and managing key accounts within your designated territory around Sheffield. Respond to customer enquiries across phone, email, video calls, and site visits; prepare and follow up quotations; negotiate to secure profitable business; and manage projects from quotation through order placement. Partner with internal technical, operations, and design teams to ensure successful delivery while proactively identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

•Respond to customer and internal enquiries via telephone, email, video calls, and face-to-face meetings.
•Manage major projects and key accounts within designated geographic/customer segment areas.
•Prepare and manage quotations, liaising with technical, commercial, and other internal teams as needed.
•Proactively follow up quotations, maximize conversion opportunities, and negotiate to secure profitable orders.
•Actively manage projects from quotation stage through to order placement, including customer training and trading support as required.

•Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills.

•Experience preparing and managing quotations and converting opportunities into orders.
