Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead multi-disciplinary teams of engineers and staff through multiple projects from initiation to completion, coordinating with clients and stakeholders to meet deadlines and quality standards.
  • •Prepare and oversee project work plans, proposals, budgets, and schedules; obtain management/client approvals and manage change orders.
  • •Maintain regular communications with clients regarding project status, scope, quality, and issues; proactively resolve obstacles to keep projects on track.
  • •Manage relationships with internal/external clients, vendors, and regulatory authorities to align project requirements and deliverables with the schedule.
  • •Mentor team members and junior project managers, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to contract terms and company standards.
