Clinical Quality Management System Officer

Oversee the establishment, deployment and continuous improvement of the clinical quality management system across clinical research sites. Develop and maintain SOPs, ensure robust document control, conduct internal quality audits and support external inspections, track corrective and preventive actions, provide CAPA coordination, and support staff training and risk-based quality initiatives to ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
