Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain pump, abatement, Chiller, LDS and heat jacket to sustain production tool operation.
  • •Support equipment improvement activities and work closely with Equipment Engineering.
  • •Contribute to defect and tool stability improvement efforts.
  • •Analyze machine breakdown issues and develop/implement methods to improve work efficiency, machine stability, and maintenance cost.
  • •Interface with outside engineering groups to accomplish equipment support and improvement roles.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline (minimum requirement).
  • •Electronics and/or mechanical knowledge.
  • •A positive attitude to learn new skills for the job.
  • •Ability to accept and perform shift work.
  • •Ability to analyze machine broken issues and support equipment improvement efforts.
