Key Responsibilities

  • •Translate strategic business objectives into learning and knowledge solutions and learner-centered experiences.
  • •Partner with intent owners, ops leaders, and stakeholders to co-create the annual learning & knowledge agenda and ensure execution.
  • •Manage project scope, timelines, and budgets; identify, mitigate, and escalate risks as needed.
  • •Analyze learning needs and intake to determine appropriate learning/knowledge interventions and define success metrics aligned to business KPIs.
