Key Responsibilities

  • •Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements focused on GTM/Sales transactions in North America, including enterprise customer contracts.
  • •Partner with sales, business development, and operations to design and implement strategies for high-growth go-to-market initiatives.
  • •Monitor and interpret legal and regulatory developments (data protection, technology, and AI-related frameworks) and apply them to contract drafting and risk assessment.
  • •Manage a US team of lawyers and contract managers across time zones, segments, and verticals.
  • •Develop, maintain, and localize contract templates, playbooks, and policies to reflect regional requirements and best practices.

Key Requirements

  • •J.D. and active membership in at least one U.S. State Bar (NY or CA preferred).
  • •8+ years of post-qualification in-house or technology/SaaS legal experience strongly preferred.
  • •Player-coach experience managing a previous team required.
  • •Proven track record drafting and negotiating complex commercial and technology agreements.
  • •Strong knowledge of enterprise software licensing, SaaS, data protection, and intellectual property.
