Own compute qualification in the lab: set technical direction for qualification methods, tooling, and hardware standards; personally drive first-silicon and new-platform qualifications, including hard-to-explain failures. Build automation with test harnesses and data pipelines to multiply lab throughput, and represent the lab to vendors and the fleet. Bring deep hardware validation or systems engineering experience, failure analysis rooted in root cause, and mentorship across the debugging stack.
