Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise the daily functions performed by Account Managers and plan workflow to maximize productivity while meeting contractual and fiduciary obligations.
  • •Act as liaison and manage warehouse client relationships through negotiation of warehouse contracts, servicing agreements, and subservicing transactions.
  • •Assist with securitization and conversion processes with internal/external clients, legal staff, auditors, and investors.
  • •Establish and track departmental goals, prepare monthly status reports, and support staffing needs through interviews, hiring recommendations, and performance appraisals.
  • •Review and approve complex cash management agreements and authorize disbursements; evaluate and assign risk ratings to KeyBank assets via the AQR process.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 71,000 - 125,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Five years of commercial real estate servicing experience.
  • •Four-year college degree.
  • •Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong analytical skills.
  • •Experience drafting departmental policy and procedure manuals.
