Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure high customer service standards and engagement on the sales floor while coaching employees.
  • •Drive and achieve sales, KPIs, and profitability goals by consulting customers on products and calculating purchase costs.
  • •Manage store operations including accurate POS transactions (sales, exchanges, discounts, refunds) and monitor controllable operational KPIs.
  • •Oversee staff performance and team management, including recruiting, training, developing, and motivating sales staff.
  • •Handle loss prevention, inventory counts/shrink goals, merchandise receiving and visual presentation standards, and prepare/analyze sales reports while ensuring compliance.

  • •Ability to maintain high customer service standards, handle sales transactions accurately, and prevent or resolve conflict situations.
  • •Experience engaging on the sales floor and coaching employees to support sales target achievement.
  • •Proficiency with retail software, inventory management, and POS systems, plus knowledge of compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
