Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide repair service within an assigned territory for vendors, coolers, fountains, and other designated equipment.
  • •Interact with customers daily to diagnose issues, educate/support them, and meet PBV business objectives.
  • •Maintain and manage equipment by performing diagnostics, repairs, and testing using electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic tools.
  • •Perform preventative maintenance and reactive repairs to meet PCNA quality objectives and drive revenue.
  • •Use a handheld computer to manage call details, parts management, equipment location, and work performed; re-assign work within territory and manage truck operations/inventory.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent.
  • •Minimum 2 years’ experience repairing beverage equipment or related fields (small appliance, plumbing, electrical, refrigeration).
  • •Good oral and written communication skills.
  • •Able to meet driving guidelines with a valid driver’s license and good driving record.
  • •Understanding of electrical/electronics, plumbing, refrigeration, vending/fountain equipment repair, parts, and troubleshooting; able to travel daily (overnight may be required).
