Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the delivery of contracted Project Management services across medium to high-complexity engineering consultancy and infrastructure projects.
  • •Provide project leadership for UK-based projects across RIBA Stages 0–7, ensuring delivery against scope, programme, and quality standards.
  • •Own project planning, tracking, monitoring, and reporting activities including programmes, risk registers, action trackers, and issue logs.
  • •Coordinate multidisciplinary stakeholders (design, commercial, planning, construction) across UK and India teams, and facilitate project meetings, workshops, and reviews.
  • •Lead risk, change control, and quality assurance, while championing health, safety, and wellbeing and driving professional development within the Project Management discipline.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related discipline.
  • •15–20 years of relevant Project Management experience in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) industry.
  • •Working knowledge of Project Management processes and deliverables across the full project lifecycle aligned to RIBA Stages 0–7.
  • •Good communication in spoken and written English with strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Power BI, with accuracy under tight deadlines.
