Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform tasks in accordance with Micron safety policies after completing safety training.
  • •Drive process and equipment improvements within the DRY group to establish higher productivity and quality for mass production.
  • •Improve yield, quality management systems, and productivity; support enhancements to production planning.
  • •Support introduction and modification of new advanced equipment and enable mass production by identifying issues and partnering with related departments.
  • •Lead improvement activities through collaboration with equipment and process engineers and shift technicians, reporting to supervisors and stakeholders and sharing/standardizing knowledge with overseas sites.

  • •Have the ability to organize issues and solve them.
  • •Be able to support projects through consultation with related departments.
  • •Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
