Customer Retail Manager- Chicago

Own store-level selling, merchandising, and distribution execution as a geographically based retail leader. Drive revenue, distribution, and share targets through shelving and new item/void closure/reset activities, enforce customer agreements, and monitor pricing. Build and enhance field customer and agency relationships, coordinate with account leads, and use statistical/category performance insights to identify opportunities—while meeting frequent travel and early-morning store presence needs.
