•Support the product creation process from brief stage and design through final prototyping and salesman samples.
•Generate and maintain correct Bill of Materials (BOM) for all projects.
•Participate in reviews of project status, focusing on patterns, mold processes, materials, pricing, yield and cost analysis, manufacturing processes, and end-use performance.
•Assist with product teardowns (samples or competitor products) to evaluate construction, comfort, or cost concerns.
•Execute developmental projects to critical timelines and cost/margin targets, including timely creation and approval of relevant technical information.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 72,600 - 98,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
•2-4 years' experience in the footwear industry.
•Experience building product specifications.
•Understanding of material applications and general knowledge of product constructions.
•Proficiency with Microsoft and Adobe; exposure to FlexPLM or similar systems.
