Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage finance operations across business units, including revenue reconciliation, broker/agency payouts, refunds, and client-money governance.
  • •Maintain IFRS books of accounts for all entities, approve AR/AP/OPEX documents within delegated limits, and run month-end close plus monthly consolidated management financials.
  • •Prepare quarterly consolidation packs for statutory/investor reporting and coordinate audit schedules and product-capitalisation documentation.
  • •Handle regulatory reporting and client-money certification preparation, including monthly VARA reporting for Mint and quarterly DFSA reporting and computations for Blocks.
  • •Supervise and develop Finance Executives; support Oracle Fusion implementation and automate recurring reconciliations and investor-withdrawal timelines with Product, Tech, and Data teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Qualified accountant (CA/ACCA/CPA) with 6-9 years of progressive finance experience, including a team-management role.
  • •Strong IFRS knowledge with hands-on month-end close and consolidation experience across group entities.
  • •Experience with UAE VAT and Corporate Tax compliance and related filings.
  • •ERP experience with Oracle Fusion strongly preferred (SAP or comparable acceptable).
  • •Comfort with regulatory and client-money concepts (e.g., VARA/DFSA exposure is a plus).
