Universal Banker - Chicago, IL (Taylor Street)

Provide high-visibility, front-line service to banking customers while meeting sales and service goals. Open, close, and maintain customer accounts, complete account maintenance, and advise customers on products and services. Profile customers for opportunities, follow up by phone or email, and cross-sell offerings. Also perform basic Teller functions as needed, while maintaining operational accuracy and compliance with applicable regulations.
