Job Summary

Join Fluidstack’s Software Engineering team to build end-to-end primitives for a scalable AI compute infrastructure. Own domain models around power, datacenters, and chips; define clean interactions with vendor systems; and empower AI agents with robust authorization, audit trails, and guardrails. Collaborate across hardware and software teams to ship production-grade components that scale with our civilization-scale AI projects.

Key Responsibilities

•Build core primitives end to end, focusing on entity ownership, audit, authorization, and orchestration with high reliability.
•Own the domain model to convert Fluidstack’s world of power, datacenters, and chips into durable, composable entities.
•Define interactions with external systems and ingest domain formats (KMZ, BIM, Revit, vendor docs).
•Make AI agents first-class operators by providing tools, guardrails, and audit trails to act safely.
•Collaborate across hardware and software teams to ship production-grade components that scale with AI infrastructure.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 150,000 - 250,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Top-tier software engineering skills with the ability to own features end-to-end across the stack.
•Experience shipping production-grade code in any language and leveraging AI tooling and LLM APIs.
•Ability to model complex domains (power, datacenters, chips) and turn messy data into usable structures.
•Strong ownership mindset, high autonomy, and ability to work across hardware and software teams.
•Familiarity with data formats (KMZ, BIM, Revit) or related data integration contexts is a plus.
