Key Responsibilities

  • •Design care pathways that drive clinical outcomes using evidence-based practice and patient engagement.
  • •Clinically validate capabilities, care pathways, programs, and content against current evidence and standards of care.
  • •Develop and maintain evaluation rubrics and golden datasets; evaluate AI-generated responses for safety, accuracy, and scope.
  • •Apply clinical governance and safety/accuracy standards for clinically focused solutions and content, and advise compliance/regulatory teams.
  • •Collaborate cross-functionally to support customer delivery and shape clinical value and outcomes narratives for customer and prospect conversations.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 110,000 - 140,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Active clinical license required (e.g., RN, NP, or equivalent regulated credential).
  • •5+ years of experience in clinical practice and direct patient care (population health/care/case management preferred).
  • •Familiarity with quality measurement frameworks (CIHI, HEDIS, CMS Star Ratings, NCQA accreditation).
  • •Experience working with regulatory bodies and familiarity with health systems and referral/care navigation pathways.
  • •AI proficiency for day-to-day tasks and reviewing clinical accuracy, safety, and appropriate scope of clinical content and AI-generated output.
