Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and evolve GTM systems strategy across Sales, Delivery, Customer Success, Marketing, and related functions.
  • •Set the roadmap for Salesforce and the broader GTM stack, including vendor relationships and renewals.
  • •Own Salesforce architecture, data integrity, data hygiene, and revenue data governance across the CRM.
  • •Manage and grow a small technical systems team, translating ambiguous requests into scoped, shippable system changes and running an intake/prioritization/release process.
  • •Lead GTM AI transformation by identifying automation and AI-enabled opportunities and implementing high-impact use cases across the GTM lifecycle.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 225,000 - 290,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years in Revenue/Sales/GTM Operations, Business Systems, or CRM architecture, including 3+ years leading and developing technical teams.
  • •Deep, architecture-level Salesforce expertise (object model design, automation, and integrations).
  • •Experience owning a GTM tool stack beyond Salesforce, including forecasting, CLM, data enrichment, and billing systems.
  • •Hands-on experience developing and scaling AI-based solutions with modern technology stacks.
  • •Strong prioritization and project management skills in fast-moving environments with exceptional cross-department communication.
