Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead projects through all NPD phases: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring & control, and closure
  • •Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, risk registers, decision logs, and communication plans
  • •Prepare and present project updates at each gate meeting
  • •Form and lead cross-functional project teams across engineering and business functions (e.g., marketing, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, operations)
  • •Identify issues early, track progress against schedule/cost/scope, and escalate risks or decisions impacting outcomes to the steering group

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering or relevant work experience
  • •5+ years of engineering experience leading significant tasks or workstreams within product development projects

  • •Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive problem-solving; willingness to attain a PMP or similar certification
