Lead end-to-end project planning and execution (including risk registers and decision logs), form cross-functional teams across engineering and business partners, and communicate clearly with executives and technical stakeholders. Use engineering credibility to challenge assumptions, resolve issues early, and align trade-offs with business strategy in a fast-paced product environment.
