Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop detailed 2D/3D mechanical models, assemblies, and fabrication drawings using CAD design tools.
  • •Design custom automation equipment, instrumentation mounting systems, sensor assemblies, brackets, supports, and mechanical interfaces.
  • •Create tubing, piping, and equipment layout drawings supporting automation and control systems.
  • •Develop BOMs, fabrication packages, assembly instructions, and engineering documentation; maintain revision control and records.
  • •Support integration and system activities with sensors/instrumentation and hydraulic/pneumatic systems, and assist with startup, installation support, and commissioning as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor of Science in Engineering or a related technical field (or equivalent education and experience).
  • •2+ years of experience in mechanical design, machine design, industrial automation, or related engineering environments.
  • •Experience creating detailed fabrication drawings, mechanical assemblies, and installation packages.
  • •Proficiency with CAD tools such as Inventor, SolidWorks, Creo, Fusion 360, or AutoCAD.
  • •Knowledge of industrial equipment, instrumentation, sensors, hydraulics, and pneumatic systems, including GD&T and engineering drawing standards.
