Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with Technology Development to align manufacturing and model-of-record requirements with the forward technology roadmap.
  • •Partner with Technology Development and Manufacturing on supplier engagement to meet Micron’s strategic objectives.
  • •Work with Manufacturing to improve performance and support customer qualification as new products are introduced.
  • •Develop models for unit-process and module-level control and road mapping; maintain expertise across multiple process/hardware/technology areas.
  • •Support process safety by working with corporate EHSS and site Process Hazard Analysis engineers and engage with strategic suppliers for operations-aligned priorities.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
  • •Experience troubleshooting, experimental design, and data analysis.
  • •Experience with semiconductor processing hardware and semiconductor manufacturing areas such as films, metals, implant.
  • •Knowledge of process control, statistics for engineering, and Statistical Process Control (SPC).
  • •Knowledge of solid-state device physics and process integration, plus semiconductor metrology/defect analysis and probe/test methodologies.
