Key Responsibilities

  • •Owns all hardware development scope for XTR-2 across the four CDR-targeted subsystems.
  • •Develops hardware designs, schematics, layouts, and mechanical elements for assigned subsystems.
  • •Owns subsystem-level requirements decomposition, design, and verification planning based on system-level flow-down.
  • •Executes hardware analyses (thermal, mechanical, RF, EMI/EMC, power, reliability, etc.) on dedicated subsystems.
  • •Provides oversight for supplier-provided design efforts, manages CPI incorporation, and produces subsystem-level artifacts required for CDR execution.

Key Requirements

  • •Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in STEM and a minimum of 10 years of prior relevant experience.
  • •Experience managing project/program cost, schedule, and risk, or experience with Earned Value Management, Risk & Opportunity, and IMS/IMP tools.
  • •Experience with proposal or capture efforts.
  • •Experience with technical and financial data and reporting, including presenting issues to senior stakeholders.
  • •Active and transferable U.S. government issued Secret security clearance required prior to start date; U.S. citizenship required.
