Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with operations teams to analyze workflows, identify automation opportunities, and translate business processes into scalable AI agent specifications.
  • •Design, develop, test, and deploy AI-powered agents and workflows using large language models, retrieval systems, and enterprise data sources.
  • •Define evaluation frameworks, monitor production performance, troubleshoot issues, and continuously improve accuracy and adoption.

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of experience in software engineering, data science, machine learning, technical consulting, or a related technical field.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
  • •Strong Python skills building and maintaining production-quality applications.
  • •Hands-on experience building AI/LLM solutions including prompting, tool integration, RAG, workflow orchestration, and evaluation.
  • •Ability to work with business stakeholders and deliver solutions from concept through production with clear technical specifications.
