Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with the CPO to define and evolve compensation philosophy, pay practices, and job architecture frameworks.
  • •Design and continuously refine compensation structures (base pay, incentive plans, bonus programs, special pay arrangements).
  • •Own end-to-end annual compensation cycles, including planning, modeling, budgeting, Workday configuration, manager enablement, and approvals.
  • •Conduct internal equity/payequity analyses and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and documentation/governance standards.
  • •Oversee compensation-related offer governance and system/payroll implementation; deliver executive-level reporting and drive process automation/improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of progressive compensation experience, including ownership of compensation cycles.
  • •Experience designing and managing salary structures and incentive/bonus programs.
  • •Strong expertise in market benchmarking and external salary survey analysis.
  • •Demonstrated experience conducting pay equity and internal compression analyses.
  • •Advanced analytical skills with Excel/data modeling; experience with Workday Compensation or similar HRIS preferred.
