Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop contractual requirements for cost control and estimation, invoicing of payments and variations for inclusion in tender/agreements.
  • •Evaluate technical bids (PMC/FEED/EPC) for compliance and provide clarifications to bidders.
  • •Prepare portions of the Technical Evaluation Report and finalize corresponding contract document sections after bulletins and clarifications.
  • •Analyze variation requests/claims, review cost submittals, prepare counters estimates, and recommend outcomes for management approval.
  • •Prepare AFE/AFOU for ongoing projects, coordinate with PMC Project Control Managers, ensure correct cost coding, and support adherence to project control procedures.

  • •Bachelor of Engineering in a related discipline.
