Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify, prevent, and manage risks to ensure patient safety.

  • •Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of all nursing interventions.
  • •Create a learning environment that builds staff competence and ensure correct charting of stock and equipment.

Key Requirements

  • •Diploma leading to registration as a General Nurse or a 4-year Nursing Diploma/Bachelor of Nursing.
  • •Basic life support trained (ACLS; ATLS; PALS training for specialised wards).
  • •Computer literate (Microsoft Office).
  • •Experience with nursing processes including patient assessment, care planning, pharmacology, and nursing record keeping.
  • •Knowledge of infection prevention and control, risk identification, and relevant nursing legislation.
