Deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience as the front-line ambassador for a luxury fashion brand. Meet individual and store sales goals while building lasting client relationships through product expertise, styling, and tailored recommendations. Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling (including short-form video) to capture data and drive repeat purchases. Support daily store operations including cash wrap, inventory processing, merchandising, and asset protection.

Key Responsibilities

•Represent the brand and deliver elevated, personalized customer service while adhering to style and service standards.
•Build client relationships using personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice; drive sales via cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
•Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling (including short-form video) to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
•Develop and execute personal sales plans to meet or exceed individual and team KPIs; source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales.
•Support store operations including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising, transaction handling (purchases/returns/exchanges/online pickups), and inventory cycle support (receiving shipments and stocking).

Key Requirements

•1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred), with knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.
•Experience operating POS and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS), including reading price/release sheets.
•Ability to work at a fast pace and perform physical tasks such as lifting 25 lb regularly (up to 50 lb occasionally) and maneuvering the sales floor/stockroom.
•Strong English proficiency.
•Luxury retail background and social media savvy, including experience with live-stream shopping or video demos and clienteling/data acquisition skills (preferred).
