Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain scalable software applications and services for the Hunter Program.
  • •Contribute to microservices-based architectures using modern containerisation technologies.
  • •Design and implement secure APIs, authentication mechanisms, and role-based access controls.
  • •Support build, release, and deployment processes across development and production environments, including production support.
  • •Investigate and resolve software issues, participate in code reviews and technical documentation, and support system enhancements and optimisation.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in software engineering across analysis, design, development, and support of enterprise applications.
  • •Proficiency in JavaScript and Node.js, with containerisation experience in microservices environments (Docker and/or Podman).
  • •Experience designing software architecture for scalable, maintainable solutions and making architecture/roadmap decisions.
  • •Experience developing and integrating RESTful APIs, authentication services, and role-based access controls.
  • •Strong build/release experience including CI/CD pipelines, deployment processes, production support, and troubleshooting.
